Whether you're restoring a classic International Harvester Scout, upgrading a trail rig, or rebuilding a heavy-duty truck axle, we provide professional rebuild services for front and rear Dana 30, Dana 44, Dana 60, Dana 61, and Dana Super 60 axles.

Every axle is completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and carefully inspected to identify worn, damaged, or out-of-spec components. We evaluate housings, axle shafts, carriers, bearings, seals, spindles, locking hubs, and ring and pinion gears to ensure each assembly meets our standards before reassembly.

To provide the highest level of reliability and durability, all standard rebuilds are performed using Yukon Gear & Axle Master Overhaul Kits featuring genuine Timken bearings whenever available for the application. We do not use economy rebuild kits or off-brand bearings.

Each rebuild includes proper bearing preload, backlash adjustment, and gear pattern verification to ensure smooth operation, quiet performance, and maximum service life.

Powder Coating & Refinishing

Axle housings may be media blasted and powder coated to provide superior corrosion resistance and a clean, professional appearance. Multiple coating options are available upon request.

Additional Inspection Charges

All axle assemblies are inspected during disassembly. Additional charges may apply if major components are found to be cracked, rusted, excessively worn, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for reuse. Customers will always be contacted for approval before any additional work is performed.

Replacement Parts beyond the scope of a standard rebuild are not included in labor pricing. Final pricing is determined by axle condition, configuration, differential type, and requested upgrades.
